Since 2012, Derek Clapp has worked as a licensed broker specializing in residential and investment properties throughout Boulder County and the city of Denver. Early on in his career, Derek succeeded in flipping homes, which proved his skill with recognizing investment opportunities with high resale value. Now, Derek focuses on working with investors on high-yielding new development projects—from luxury, single-family Boulder abodes to multi-family dwellings in Denver. 

 

Growing up in Boulder, Derek is a proud Colorado native. Being ingrained in the Boulder community contributes to his vast knowledge and connections in the central and surrounding counties. Since relocating to Denver three years ago, he has continued to evolve his practice into the flourishing Mile High market, with a concentration in development.
